Gold Client from Hayes Technology Group Achieves Powered by SAP NetWeaver® Status for Integration with SAP® Solutions

Hayes Technology Group, the developer of Gold Client®, a premier refresh and replication data management software solution for use within SAP® solution-based environments, announced today that Gold Client® 6.5.2 has successfully completed ABAP® Add-on certification for SAP NetWeaver® Application Server Release 6.40, achieving “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” and “SAP Solution Manager Ready” status.

Gold Client eliminates the need to copy the entire production database into non-productive environments by allowing users of SAP solutions to dynamically export user-defined subsets of SAP data from any system within the environment. Extensions of Gold Client then enable these teams to import the data subsets back into the SAP solution-based environment for development, testing and training. Complete configuration and master data may also be extracted from any SAP source. The solution dramatically reduces the amount of time and effort required to replicate data throughout the environments which can be reduced from as much as two weeks to just a few hours, helping keep projects on-schedule. The innovative software also reduces enterprise storage requirements, improves the quality and availability of test data, restores development integrity, and assures data security.

The designation SAP Solution Manager Ready enables customers to easily identify software certified by SAP and offers peace of mind that the integrated content, tools, and methodologies that organizations need to implement, support, operate, and monitor are in place. Certification also allows customer administrators or the SAP Active Global Support organization to easily identify and track the current configuration and log files of these certified third-party solutions.

Gold Client is currently available for use with the SAP ERP, SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) and human resources applications. It is easy to install and use, as it is not operating system or database dependent and does not require additional server hardware or development toolkits.
