Description:
Development, delivery, implementation, training and support of Hayes' third-party software solutions and related services in the U.S. and around the world. Up to 25% travel.
Support Analyst (Vernon Hills, IL)
Description:
Support of Hayes' third-party software products. Candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years general computer experience with some familiarity with file systems and networking. A good understanding of business processes is helpful. Strong problem solving skills, with a customer focus to provide end-user support for the software is essential. Intermediate to expert PC skills including: Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and Internet are required. Exposure to UNIX, Oracle or SAP is preferred but not required. This is a non-travel position.
Sr. Support Analyst (Vernon Hills, IL)
Description:
Support of Hayes' third-party software products. Candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years technical support experience including one (1) year of hands-on experience with SAP. A Functional (business) understanding of additional SAP modules (sales and distribution, finance management, etc.) and their integration points is preferred. Strong problem solving skills, with a customer focus to provide end-user support for the software is essential. Intermediate to expert PC skills including: Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Professional and Internet are required. This is a non-travel position.
